In March of 2018 Intergroup Association, in its current form, will reach 55 continuous years of carrying the message to those who still suffer. Since 1963, thousands of alcoholics have come to the Fellowship through those efforts, and we want to celebrate with YOU.
The “55 Years of Miracles” Convention (June 15th through 17th) will be one of inspiration, sharing, and FUN. We have outstanding speakers scheduled from around the country along with some “old friends” of the Houston area to entertain and stimulate you. As they share their stories, you will be invigorated and motivated in your own A.A. program.
Located in the Galleria at the Westin Oaks Hotel, the location is very upscale, beautiful, and certainly convenient, beginning with FREE parking and free Wi-Fi. The Westin Oaks, gorgeous to start with, is undergoing a complete remodel which will be completed well before our arrival. Rooms at the hotel are sized significantly larger than most others in the city. In addition, the Westin offers ready access to all of the Galleria’s restaurants and stores. If so inclined, you can even ice skate right outside of your hotel door.
This upscale hotel is regularly priced around $275 per night, we have arranged for a special hotel price of $124 per night for the attendees at the convention. This price includes free parking and free Wi-Fi. This price will not be available at the time of the convention so book NOW.

Hospitality and friendship are one of the key ingredients at any convention. It is one of the main reasons to book a hotel room at the convention. This convention will provide a centralized, easily available location, for a major hospitality area. A great place to greet old, and meet new friends.
You asked for Workshops, and you’ll get them. Both Friday and Saturday evening, at the conclusion of the speaker, we will be holding workshops. The workshops are included in your registration package at no extra charge. Each workshop will include a full “take home” packet of materials that Intergroup is known for.
